Wow. What a way to reopen! Three amazing nights of our May Tasting Menu and a lunch service are now in the rear-view mirror, and we’d just like to say a big “Thank You” to all the guests that came to dine with us…

Chef Jean prepared 488 plates of food for those 4 dates, serving 56 people and he was ably assisted by Matt in the kitchen and Ro, Jane & Ollie front-of-house. The tasting menu had over 40 elements across the 9 courses. As a result, everyone in the team is having a bit of rest for the remainder of the Bank Holiday weekend!

As always at The Dining Room, nothing is static so we are straight on to planning and delivering our June menu. More summer-y flavours on their way with the arrival of sweetcorn, tomatoes, courgettes and much, much more.

We’re also running our unique Test Kitchen events this month (2nd June – SOLD OUT ,30th June – PLACES AVAILABLE) for the menus in July and August. This means that every menu is road tested by 20 diners before we release the menus publicly… and ensures it’s as good as it can be.
